1910: It was June 14, 1910 when the door of education opened to a private house with their mentor Graciano Iraland after 6 years when Miguel Mendoza donated a former building for school children.
1935: In 1935 when the school was named after barangay captain Fernando Verde and became Fernando Primary School with a new teacher Miss Consuelo Pacheco. Before World War II, the name of the school changed to Pinaod Primary School after Capt. Verde was terminated and reopened in 1945 after the war.
1950: It was 1950, 5 years after the war when people of barangay noticed the increase in pupil population so they decided to have a permanent lot and building for the pupils. Mr. Ceferino Villacorte Sr., Mr. Dalmacio Ileto, Mr. Jose Dela Cruz and Captain Justino V. Gonzales donated 9,384 sq. m. parcel of land for Pinaod Elementary School, later called Pinaod Central School.
